Business Canvas 2.0

 

During our first meeting as a team, we analyzed all of the ideas we had gathered for our Business Canvas 1.0 and challenged all of the assumptions that we had made.

This led us to some changes in our business model:

  • adding the target segment of families

  • defining a new partner (payment processor)

  • determining TRUST as the basis for our customer relationships

  • realizing that the scooters can be used as a cool means of communication and marketing

  • we also rephrased our value proposition and defined the core values of our business being YOU & YOUR CAR, SAFETY and RETURN HOME
