Our fourth presentation covers a vast amount of topics. We analyze the activities performed by PickUsUp, the human resources of the company, develop a process diagram and design an app prototype. Additionally, we discuss SEO strategies, select the cost structure for our service and analyze different competitors.

Our third presentation showed additional information about our target segments. We developed a value curve of our service and conducted a survey to analyze the target groups' preferences. A second focus lay was on possible marketing & sales channels and how they could be used to get, keep and grow the relationships with our customers. Additionally, we analyzed how PickUsUp will generate revenue.

Our second presentation informed the class about the empathy maps, consumer personas and "day in a life" overviews that we had developed for our two target segments of adults (26-50 years, with Fernando Neves as a representative) and young adults (18-25 years, with Pedro Rocha as a representative).
In addition, we presented the two interview scripts that were developed in order to validate our hypotheses.

Our first presentation informed the class about the changes we had had done in our Business Canvas, especially adding a second target segment (older people).
The focus however was on the hypotheses generated from our Business Canvas which have to be validated.
